I've had my explorer since September 2024, but following a software update in April 2025. There was subsequently a recall for the car to do a software up, so I returned it to Ford Basildon and they carried out the update. On the same day following collection, I started getting a Aircon fault message, stating the car would need to go to the Ford workshop to fix the issue. I booked the car in, they resolved the issue, and I collected the car, within less than a week, I have started to get the fault message again, and now have to wait 5 weeks until they can fit me in again to fix the aircon again. Has anyone else had the same or similar issues
