Morning,

Just about to swap from an iPace having had this for 3 years. Been a great car with no problems drove fab and looked amazing.

Struggled to find a replacement and finally choose the Explorer as it was quite a bit different to the other EVs as was the Jag.

Had a test drive a month ago, 2wd and found it to be. Enjoyable ride.

Seats were comfortable, normally choose leather but the man made felt fine and as most manufacturers are going this way time will tell.

I like the style inside enclosed dash/Ctr console wrapped around you rather than the open simplistic options such as Hyundai/Tesla

It has many of the features I am used too, with a number of extra. I found the entry much more comfortable as more headroom getting in.

I love the Panoramic roofs so happy this has one.

Hopefully the Better sound system increasthe Bass, should do with the Sub.
I like the tablet integrated into the dash rather than many other brands sticking a lcd on a bracket attached the dash.
Didn’t get to use the system much but what I did seems fine. Glad it has wireless CarPlay as this is my choice in the jag having found many other brands lacking in the nav/phone/music area.

Performance was smooth and felt planted, I am sure the AWD will be a big improvement with the 21” wheels to handle the power.
The power is slightly down as on the jag but I am sure the AWD will stop any spin ups when pulling out with a heavy right foot.
So overall I feels great has the toys power nd looks so iam sure I will enjoy it.

My jag is sold collection on the 2nd September then I am away till end of the month hopefully no delays.

Look forward to hearing what others are moving from.

Not sure on the heated screen. I would have thought it would be the thin elements. What’s made you go from the Mach-e to the explorer? How did you find owning an EV?
